I called the number three times that they furnished me in the email. I was on hold for quite a long time. Each time a recording came up asking me to leave my name, number, and order number. Idid this and no one ever returned my call. I had ordered a blanket for my son a few weeks earlier, along with sheets. This was the first time I ever ordered anything for myself. I am very disappointed in the lack of professional courtesy I received from this company. I shop in Ralph Lauren stores all over the world, from us to Europe and this has left a bad taste in my mouth for the company and product. Have Ralph Lauren contact me. I have been a loyal customer since I was a young adult. Now middlegaed your style is "timeless" and I will always feel comfortable in your clothes or underwear garments.
