I felt that your company handled my needs to the letter, not only did I receive the car radio that I needed, I also got the kit to fit the radio that I was looking for at a great price along with instructions for installing (if I wanted to). I am very satisfied and glad that Best Buy recommended your company to me.

They know their products and seem to do their best in making sure that the customer is glad they purchased from them.

I was extremely pleased with the price nad service in purchasing a car audio system through Crutchfield. Much better customer support and knowledge than prior purchases I made at a big box electronice store.
Ordered CD Radio for my 2000 Mazda Protege through Crutchfield by inputting my car info. Received radio and installation kit timely, but needed parts failed to mention the Mazda In-dash Receiver Kit was required - Part No. 142MA1537. Only discovered thsi when trying to install the radio. Had to order thsi part now to complete installation.
