No adverse comments. Justr thanks for straightening it out.
No really bad comments. I'm just still waiting for an order I should have received around the 3rd week of December 2011 and even though tracking shows it was delivered, it wasn't.

Great price, fast delivery. What more could you ask for?
The personal information forms require two telephone numbers in order to complete the order. This is redundant and does not seem to be necessary for completed order forms

No one had the item I purchased for the price Comp USA did.
For as much as I spent on this product I should be able to get free next day or at least 2 day shipping. I would have drove to DE to buy this item from the store if they had it there.

They worked on the first try! Only problem was that the description of the item did not explicitly state that you needed TWO units for operation, so I had to order another. Also, Netgear download site asks for the serial #; these, being refurbs, have it removed. I finally figured out how to get around that. I also can't tell if the installed software is operating, or what it does. Finally, the small units came in absurdly large boxes!
